A great and convenient place to stay in the city
Very clean and tidy. Beautiful historic building and furniture. Staff were amazing! We loved the breakfast room.
A few expected amenities were missing. I’d have liked to have been able to borrow a tea kettle for the room. The bedding wasn’t very comfortable

We loved the building and the details , the location was great
Was really hot in my room, 10pm 28’c , and the air conditioning is not working until May, I wish to know before we book . The room is not what you see in the photo!

When next in Ferrara, this is where I will stay
This is a well converted palazzo. The breakfast room was rather historically luxurious. Reception staff welcoming and helpful. The view out my dormer window reached by my very own circular staircase was green and peaceful
